If you are not completely satisfied with your order we are happy to offer you a refund within 14 days, providing that the goods are returned unworn and in a resellable condition. For hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return earrings unless faulty.
Please note that unless the goods are faulty then the buyer must cover the postage costs. We advise that all returned goods are sent using a recorded delivery service and it is recommended that the buyer keeps a record of the return.
If in the event that the goods are faulty the buyer will be reimbursed for the cost of return and can request a replacement or refund.
